If you believe you should already have access (e.g. you are on VPN or the corporate network), the issue may be caused by a cache issue. Try the following:

Clear browser cookies and site data — Open browser settings → Privacy & Security → Clear browsing data. Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", then click Clear.

Hard refresh the page —
Ctrl + Shift + R(Windows) /Cmd + Shift + R(Mac) -

Verify VPN connection — If not in the office, ensure Cisco AnyConnect VPN client shows "Connected"

Flush DNS cache:
Windows Command Prompt:
ipconfig /flushdnsChrome browser: Navigate to
chrome://net-internals/#dns→ click "Clear host cache", thenchrome://net-internals/#sockets→ click "Flush socket pools"
