Already connected? Try these troubleshooting steps...

If you believe you should already have access (e.g. you are on VPN or the corporate network), the issue may be caused by a cache issue. Try the following:

  1. 1.
    Clear browser cookies and site data Open browser settings → Privacy & Security → Clear browsing data. Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", then click Clear.
  2. 2.
    Hard refresh the page Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) / Cmd + Shift + R (Mac)
  3. 3.
    Verify VPN connection If not in the office, ensure Cisco AnyConnect VPN client shows "Connected"
  4. 4.
    Flush DNS cache:

    Windows Command Prompt: ipconfig /flushdns

    Chrome browser: Navigate to chrome://net-internals/#dns → click "Clear host cache", then chrome://net-internals/#sockets → click "Flush socket pools"
